Chiang Mai Design Week 2025 Artists x Chefs | Event

We were delighted that the Spice Route project from Maejo University had the opportunity to participate in Chiang Mai Design Week this year. The team presented a special welcome drink infused with aromatic spices, offering a refreshing taste, along with a signature evening beverage that brought warmth to the nighttime atmosphere. These drinks were enjoyed alongside creative dishes crafted through the collaboration between Chiang Mai ceramic artists and emerging young chefs, creating a unique fusion of culinary art and design. The event was organized through the collaboration of CEA North / TCDC Chiang Mai and the Embassy of France in Thailand, aiming to celebrate the friendship between Thailand and France through food, art, and contemporary culture. We are truly honored and happy that the Spice Route project could be part of such a warm and inspiring creative event.
