Maejo Agricultural Fair 90 Years: Agriculture | Food | Health
In celebration of the 90th Anniversary of Maejo University,
the event “Maejo Agricultural Fair 90 Years: Agriculture | Food | Health”
was held from 16–24 December 2023 at Maejo University, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
The event aimed to disseminate integrated agricultural knowledge and academic services
to farmers, entrepreneurs, and the general public, emphasizing the interconnected
dimensions of agriculture, food, and health.
LMC Project Participation
On this occasion, the LMC Project actively participated as a collaborative partner
by presenting the theme “Spices and Food for Health.”
The project organized an academic exhibition and demonstration activities highlighting
the application of spices in culinary practices and their relevance to
agricultural development, food innovation, and health promotion.
Knowledge Exchange and Regional Cooperation
Through this participation, the LMC Project contributed to strengthening knowledge exchange,
enhancing public awareness of spices as economic and cultural resources,
and fostering regional cooperation within the Lancang–Mekong framework.
